If you fill in the enquiry form (stalls, groups, private hire, or the waiting list) — we collect your name, email address, party size, preferred date, and what you're enquiring about. We use this only to respond to your specific enquiry and arrange whatever you've asked about. We don't add you to any mailing list because you've used this form — it's a one-off conversation, not a sign-up.
Legal basis: it's necessary to take steps you've requested, at your initiative, before any arrangement is made.
If you join Cava Club — we collect your email address, and your name if you choose to give it. We use this to email you about Brut & Barrel — when we're opening, events, and the perks described on the page. We won't use it for anything else, and we won't pass it to anyone outside the tools listed below.
Legal basis: your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can just email us.
